On Thursday October 29, 2009 the Swiss shares of semantic system were exchanged into US-shares. Shareholder picked up their US-shares at the reception in the premises of semantic system in Zurich.

The expected development time of the Butler will be 6-8 months. The presentation of a first prototype is scheduled for early  2010.
